Surviving or Thriving Trust Circle is a place for technology professionals in the second half of their career — roughly the “back nine” — to talk honestly about work. Whether you are anxious about what comes next, recently laid off, rethinking the path you chose, or in the middle of a genuine career rebirth, this is somewhere to say so and be heard.
Posts are short by design — 500 words or fewer — so they stay readable and to the point. Anyone in the circle can respond with a comment or a reaction.
Privacy
You post under whatever name you choose — your initials, a nickname, or something like “Frustrated in Boston.” Your real identity is never required.
We verify an email address once, so that posts come from real people rather than bots. That address is used only to confirm it is you and to let you know when someone replies to your post. Email addresses are never shown to other members.
